Alderfer/Three Sisters
Had a great run at Alderfer/Three Sisters today in Evergreen. It was slightly cooler (though not much!) and nicely shaded for the most part. After about 7.5miles pup was dragging hard so had to throw the towel in for my boy. With the heat I think I'll be adding some electrolytes during my runs, I felt a bit out of sorts with the heat and excessive sweating. My face was so tight from all the salt caked on my face!

That's such a great park. Used to run there a lot when I worked from home because it was "close" at the end of the day.
It was a hot one this weekend, 65-70 even up near treeline.
